1. Return and Exchange Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be: 

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• With its original packaging intact.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return and Exchange Period 

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Not accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale.

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at customer service email: service@unicraft.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Contact our customer service team to request an exchange and obtain an RMA number.
• Follow the return process outlined above.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You can expect to receive your refund within 3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

7. Shipping Costs

• If the return is caused by you，you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and you is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@unicraft.co . We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
